Scope

These terms apply to quotes and orders placed through this store. By submitting a quote request or an order you accept these terms.

Pricing and ordering paths

Products marked Buy now display online pricing and may be ordered directly through online checkout. Products marked Quote only do not display a published price and are quoted in writing upon request; written quotations remain valid for the duration and conditions stated therein.

Orders

Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation in writing or order confirmation. Payment terms are stated during checkout or on the commercial proforma invoice.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law. Product specifications are provided by the manufacturers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
